Why are naked virus stronger than viruses with layers of protein?

first enveloped viruses cannot tolerate ether and they need aquaes medium to survive because of the liped bilayer unlike the naked viruses which have a shell of protictive protein that can tolerate dryness and resist enzymetic activity
thats why all gastric viral infections are naked virus infictions .while enveloped viruses are related to droplet infections-influinza - or sexually transmeted diseases like -HIV-.
