Does anyone know of any bacteria or other mirobes that do not produce carbon dioxide as a waste product of cellular respiration?

How reduction of fumarate to succinate via the fumarate reductase system?
fumarate + H2 ----> succinate. Species of Bacteroides, Veillonella,
Ruminococcus, Succinivibrio contain the fumarate reductase system.

How about methanogens (consume CO2 and H2) to form CH4?
